We are a small, family-owned business deeply rooted in the Butler and Greenwood counties community. Jake leads our team with hands-on experience, a commitment to honest communication, and a passion for getting the job done right the first time.
Our main focus is on new custom residential projects, working with general contractors or directly with homeowners building their dream homes. We also provide troubleshooting and service work to business owners as well as homeowners throughout our service area.

The Story Behind Our Name
People often ask about our name - and it’s more than just a brand. Rocky Ford is a tribute to family, heritage, and a place that shaped who we are. Jake spent his childhood summers working alongside his grandfather, Albert Butler, on the family farm in Greenwood County. On that land was a low-water crossing known as Rocky Ford, a special spot where the family fished, swam, and gathered for Easter egg hunts and summer memories.
Today, the name represents everything we value in our work: reliability, connection, and care for the people we serve.
